    Renascence IT Consulting provides a variety of MSP services designed to enhance and secure your IT infrastructure. Our key services include:

    5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

    6. Fees and Payment 

    6.1 Service Fees 

    You agree to pay all fees specified in your service agreement for the use of our Services. 

    6.2 Billing and Payments 

    All payments are due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. 

    6.3 Refund Policy 

    Refunds are provided as outlined in the individual service agreements. Generally, fees for services rendered are non-refundable.  

    7. Client Obligations 

    7.1 Data Backup 

    Clients are responsible for maintaining their data backups unless otherwise agreed upon in their service agreement. 

    7.2 Compliance with Laws 

    Clients must use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

    8. Intellectual Property Rights 

    All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Renascence IT Consulting or our licensors. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services for their intended purposes. 

    9. Confidentiality 

    Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the service relationship. 

    10. Limitation of Liability 

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renascence IT Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services. 

    11. Termination 

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Site and Services, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
