01 The Problem
With most of their business functions in the Cloud, AFI was paying about $900 a month. Because their entire team worked in the office, the network couldn’t handle the load and their productivity suffered. They couldn’t complete tasks in a reasonable time frame. For example, what should take five minutes on their computers was taking up to 15 minutes. Their networking equipment was also installed improperly, causing slowdowns in connecting to the machines and the Internet.

In 2018, AFI hired Renascence IT Consulting. They brought a server in house and loaded their software locally. They also cleaned up their internal network issues.
