CREATIVE SERVICES

Being the full-service consultancy that we are, we decided to offer clients the use of our own in-house design team to augment their internal marketing efforts. Websites
Big Island Beach Home
BigIslandBeachHome.com Renascence IT was contacted by a private investor in the Bay Area to create a basic website for a rental property in Hawaii; equipped with a photo gallery, property amenities, reservations portal, local weather widget and outbound links to areas of interest. The completed site incorporates a blend of HTML and CSS, as well as a few Photoshop techniques to create the "beachy" atmosphere. The overall design and content was left entirely up to our creative team; expanding from data and imagery provided by the previous owner. Upon completion, we were also asked to create two-sided custom business cards to advertise the new site with the same look/feel.

Flaherty Brothers Construction, Inc.
Flaherty Brothers Construction Renascence IT was approached by this client to create an innovative website for a new construction company in the Peninsula. Upon completion of our brief questionnaire, FBC turned over complete art direction to our graphic designer; happily accepting the first mock-up we provided them. Upon approval, our crafty webmaster developed the site using HTML, CSS, Flash, PHP and basic search engine optimization techniques. As requested by the client, we incorporated industry RSS feeds to keep the site content fresh, image galleries, collapsible testimonials and a blog system hosted through posterous to assist the client with social media activities. The site was built with the intention to include a customized CMS system at a later date.

Logos & Branding
Flaherty Brothers Construction, Inc.
Flaherty Brothers Construction Being a new small business ourselves, we knew exactly what they needed! Our graphic designer took the logo the client had created by another firm and helped "build their brand" around it; creating business cards, letterhead and signage that all tied in together, seamlessly.
Flaherty Real Estate
Flaherty Real Estate Our graphic designer took the logo the client had created by another firm for their parent company, and adapted it to needs of this commercial real estate division. Renascence IT provided a brochure template, signage, business cards and letterhead for the client.
Green Arch Solar
Green Arch Solar This client was a start-up with no initial branding in place. The client wanted a logo representative of its name - focusing on green solar for residential and commercial photovoltaic projects, but really didn't have much initial direction or color scheme beyond that. After the first round of designs, our designer worked up a few more renditions, and thus the green hill with white "St. Louis Arch" and colors of the sun was born! Renascence IT also provided a business card template, letterhead and a website for the client.
Sacrednicity
Sacrednicity This was truly an identity building experience! When the client first contracted us to create her logo, she wanted something that clearly showed energy, love, togetherness and ad infinitum — all words synonymous with "Sacrednicity." Throughout the design process, her vision began to shift, and what we initially started with (hands holding a blue glowing heart) was later adapted to tie-in with her Irish heritage and the relationship with her mother — which was actually the basis for the company name. By taking the time to discover what our client wanted (and didn't want), we developed a logo that still portrays all of the themes she initially requested, but also expresses the more personal root of her company. The brand mark is two hearts joined with Celtic knots for the "ad infinitum" and gradients to show the "spirit within."
Hair She Grows Again
Hair She Goes Again The client owns a hair salon catering to African American clientele and wanted a logo reprehensive of this. She had an abstract image she found online that she had absolutely fallen in love with and somehow wanted it to be an inspiration for her final logo. Our graphic designer took the image and created a unique illustration for her that truly defines her business. Renascence IT also provided a business card template for the client.
3MA
3MA This client wanted a logo to represent his rock mining business so he looked more professional when attending tradeshows and events. Renascence IT also provided a business card template for the client.

Swannie Designs
Swannie Designs This client wanted a logo to represent her interior design business so she appeared more professional when attending events and engaging with vendors. Renascence IT also provided a business card template for the client.
Digidesigner
Digidesigner This logo was actually developed for our in-house designer's freelance business before joining our team.
